           The inspecting center is equipped with inspecting instruments in metal, ceramics, inorganic/organic compounds, glass, thin film, photoelectric and other fields,including composition analysis with ICP, oxygen and nitrogen analyzer, EDS, etc, structural analysis with raman spectroscopy test system, FT – IR spectrometer, ultraviolet spectrophotometer, etc; Surface microscopic analysis with SEM, SPM , 3D microscope, etc., in addition it also more than 40 inspecting equipment includes film, photoelectric, powder comprehensive performance, mechanics, applications, APG has a comprehensive and muti-functional inspecting center , set to improve production quality, product development, technology innovation, inspecting technology research and development,
